Return and Refund Policy

At PCBfactory, our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to assist. Please review our return and refund policy below for details.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for eligible items, you need to inform us at the earliest if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

2. Some Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special or customized orders).
  • Raw materials (e.g., CCL Boards).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items, clearance items marked as non-returnable, or gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Steps to start a return:

  • Email us at pcbfactory.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your Order ID, item(s), and reason for return.
  • If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns:

  • Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • PCBfactory Responsibility: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup.
  • We suggest using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Return Inspection and Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected to verify eligibility.
  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns will proceed to refund or exchange processing.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing takes 7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If your refund doesn’t appear within 14 days, check with your bank or contact us at pcbfactory.in@gmail.com.

6. Exchanges

  • Eligible products (e.g., those that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you need a different size or color) can be exchanged.
  • To exchange, follow the return process above. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
  • Reach out to our support team at pcbfactory.in@gmail.com for help with exchanges.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Check your order upon receipt and report any issues to pcbfactory.in@gmail.com as early as possible after the delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, full refund, or another suitable resolution.

8. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel orders before they ship by emailing pcbfactory.in@gmail.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible; please use the return process.
